Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://video.aol.com/

3. Click here [javascript:installAxControl();link] to install.
Actual Results:

'Firefox prevented this site (us.video.aol.com) from asking you to install software on your computer - [Edit Options...]'

action: (i click Edit Options...)
[Allowed Sites - Add-ons Installations windows comes up]

action:- (address of website us.video.aol.com) - allow - close

Issue persists.
