If you create a second email account and don't allow the account to be merged with Local, the account appears in the Transfer menu, but is absent from the Mailbox menu.  Creating a 3rd email account, again adds an extra mailbox to the Transfer menu, but nothing to the Mailbox menu.

1. create 2nd mail account
2. observe that extra account has appeared in transfer menu
3. observe that extra account is absent from mailbox menu

I am seeing this bug in Eudora 8b6
Problem is still present in 8.0b8
For those with initiative, this bug is fixed in the Penelope hg source code

Otherwise you'll have to wait until the next release, Eudora 8.0 beta 9/Penelope
1.0 beta 1.
