Can open same mailbox multiple times.  This is not consistent with Mac Eudora (6.2.4) where selecting a mailbox from the mailbox menu which is already open will just bring it to the front. Hard to see how this fits with a mailbox knowing its size and location on the screen.  I'm not sure I'd ever want this as a feature (though some with very large mailboxes might)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mailbox X
2. move mailbox X
3. open mailbox X again
Actual Results:  
Two instance of mailbox X displayed

Expected Results:  
No change as a result of step 3.  Mailbox X only displayed once.

Sounds like a bug to me, although the OS X finder allows it (something that I find very annoying).  I certainly wouldn't want it as the default, unchageable behavior.

This was fixed in Eudora 8 beta 2/Penelope 0.1a22.  If a mailbox is open already in a separate window, then trying to open that same mailbox in to a separate window will bring the already opened window to the foreground.

Note that you still can get a mailbox to be shown in multiple windows if you use the 3-pane mode and simply select the mailbox in the folder pane so that it shows up to the right (i.e. not opening up a new window).

I don't see any problems with the current behavior. Being able to open the same mailbox twice is kind of nice. The 2 views can have different sort orders, for example.

Unless this causes data loss or other corruption, I think we should close this bug.
