This patch fixes them. Also one misspelling fixed.

We did take translation changes, but I'd rather take this for 1.8.1.3 than .2. Unless there's a significant impact on the tb2 quality here, then I'd take this toolkit patch.

Significant part of patch is correction of translation of "CertInfoFrom" and "CertInfoTo". Right now translation of these strings just plain wrong. I definitely want to fix these strings for Thunderbird 2.0.
Rest of patch just improving of translation strings for this window. I'd like to have them fixed too (not a blocker though).
I'm not sure if Thunderbird 2.0 comes from 1.8.1.2 or 1.8.1.3. If it comes from 1.8.1.2, I'd like this patch landed in 1.8.1.2.
