I started FF and have 2 windows open, one in the primary monitor, one in the secondary monitor. If I do an operation which creates an auto-complete drop-down (the search box or even filling out this form), the auto-complete drop-down widget shows up on the primary monitor. It's at the correct pixel-location, but just the wrong screen...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start FF
2. Open second window & move to second monitor
3. Type in "postgre" in the google-search box
Actual Results:  
Drop-down box appears on primary screen

Expected Results:  
Drop-down box should appear on secondary screen at the correct location.
