I was having a problem with a page on Yahoo! Music Launchcast. I tried to use "Report Broken Web Site". When I tried to submit the report, Firefox reported "There was an error creating the report, so no information was sent", and the error "Host exception error".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Select Help->Report Broken Web Site
3. Click "Site protected by password" checkbox.
4. Enter problem report
5. Click button to subnit
Actual Results:
Error message reported.

Expected Results:
Web site problem report should be submitted.

And now, after that last screen capture, the submission worked:

Aha! If I go back to reporting the Yahoo web site, I see the same problem again.

Here's another copy of the network trace, with some filtering to get rid of packets I think are unrelated.
To clarify:

In comment 5, I mistakenly submitted a Broken Web Site report against this page on bugzilla.mozilla.org. That worked fine.

If I submit a Broken Web Site report against "http://music.yahoo.com/launchcast/editmoods.asp", that fails.

Ok, problem is that music.yahoo.com was likely in the db before a faulty merge resulted in a handful of hostnames being in the host table more than once (hence exception). We should fix this.

I'll need a sysadmin at my side... any victims [ahem] volunteers?
