370943 - Sunbird: Categories are broken

The pref "calendar.category.names" is missing in sunbird-l10n.js. This prevents Categories in Sunbird from functioning.
There are also other entries missing in the same file, such as "calendar.week.start" and default days off

I really don't understand why you're hard-coding localization into js files instead of leaving it in the *.properties files (like the categories, that were in  categories.properties). But let's not digress.
Here is the translated file, I don't know, if I put it into the right encoding, it's ANSI with escaped special characters.

This is checked in.  Since 0.3.1 has shipped, we won't be respinning for this, but it will be picked up in the next release.

Note that the locale should remain as @AB_CD@ so it is automatically substituted by the packaging process. (I made that fix before checking in)
