I treid to download and install the latest milestone. The download manager said it was finished. However, when I tried to install, it said the download was incomplete. It tried to get the file xpcom/xpi. It said it had 590 of 591 kB, but was unable to complete the download. The error message said too many network errors. I retried numerous times with the same result.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download latest milestone
2. run installer
3.
Actual Results:  
unable to complete download

Expected Results:  
completed installation
MozillaAS v1.7.x is not supported anymore.

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?
Version: unspecified → 1.7 Branch
The full installer is not supposed to download anything :-/

Reopen if you can reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9.
