SVGs look fine in the browser, but they are disproportionately reduced in size in print preview and on printed page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse to a page containing and SVG
2.Open Print Preview
3.Print page
Actual Results:
In the print preview and on the printed page, the SVG is much smaller than it appears in the browser in relation to the rest of the page.

Expected Results:
SVG should appear in the same proportion to the page as the rest of the elements in the page.

I'll attach a couple of graphics that illustrate the problem. This appears to be similar to bug 322914 .
SVG properly shown in browser page
SVG shown too small in Print Preview. SVG is printed in the same way. Also note the difference in the SVG. The original SVG has elements that extend beyond the edge of the area defined for the SVG. In the Print Preview, those extended elements are shown in their entirety at the bottom of the SVG (points of stars, for example).
this appears fixed in latest nightlies
