The web site in unable to load on the Explorer 4.0 (No flash), on windows 98.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.browsercam.com.
2. Enter the site using your login id and password.
3. Enter the URL : http://bugz.deanza.edu/bugzilla_testopia/ in the project section for testing its compatibility on different browsers and operating systems.
4. Select the following choices: All Browsers, Non Flash, and All operating
systems.
5. Bug: the website fails to load on the Explorer 4.0 browser on the Windows 98 platform.

We have no plans to support IE4.

Is there anyway that you can mention what platforms support Testopia?

From the Testopia project page:

    *  Mozilla compatible browser ;-) (Several known issues in IE, though many have now been fixed)

I don't consider IE 4 to be Mozilla compatible despite Microsoft's claims to the contrary.
