defect should be linkified using the same rules as bug is linkified with now.

Mozilla doesn't use the term "defect", so I don't see why we should link on it. We would much prefer people to use the jargon we use (bug, bugs, etc.).

Plus, it would add another loop through the text for the linkification parser that might slow bmo down even more, and, of course, nobody wants that. :)
