I've noticed mail that doesn't have a subject line (or is only "Re:") will randomly not show up in my inbox. ie, if a blank subject line email comes in, and a flick to another folder then back again, the email will not be there. Doing a quick search for the sender will however make it show up.

Occasionally it doesn't happen, but usually it does.
