372494 - Cannot turn off pop up blocker to view page using any method

Firefox will not let me "allow pop ups" for this website. I have set firefox to not EVER block popups for any page, and STILL, it blocks popups. I've restarted

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Go to www.AnthonyGoicolea.com
3. Click "Photography"
4. Open any of his albums
5. Firefox will likely try to block them, click allow for this website
6. It works for average... 5-10 images? (that is opening in new windows)
7. At some point it will begin blocking them, even though it says it is set to allow popups from the site.
8. Firefox must then be restarted all over again to see open more images. I've set my preferences (Tools/Options/Content/uncheck "block popup windows") to not block any popups, still with no change (and after restarting repeatedly).
Actual Results:  
Firefox continued to block popup windows to said website, after 1) making the site  an exception and/or 2) setting firefox popup blocker to not block any website, regardless

Expected Results:  
Allowed image windows (in http://www.anthonygoicolea.com/NewAnthonySite/pages/watermain.html, for instance) to open.

Each time this happens, I already have multiple image windows from this site open, but minimized. It doesn't happen when a certain number of windows minimized is reached, but, in my case, I have always had other windows open (right now, 13).

Can you see if this works properly in firefox's safemode?

I tried (closing all firefox windows every time) safe mode only, "regular" non-safe mode + new profile, and safe mode + new profile.

Still no luck.

Each time, it happens after opening all images from a certain album successfully (closing some windows, while minimizing most others -just trying to reproduce what I was doing), then opening the page containing the thumbnails for images of another album, opening a few images in new windows successfully, but then, at some point, all image thumbnails are blocked by firefox from opening. No images will open, even if I go to another album, unless I restart firefox.

This bug was reported using Firefox 3.0 or older, which is no longer supported. The bug has also not been changed in over 500 days and is still in UNCO.
Reporter, please retest this bug in Firefox 3.6.10 or later using a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles. If you still see this problem, please update the bug. If you no longer see the bug, please set the resolution to RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
