I installed PSM a long time ago, but have since trashed that install (since everything's in the /bin folder) and installed nightlies. I then went back to M15 milestone, then today installed the latest nightly. Now, whenever I try to submit a form, it demands the PSM application (which I don't have). I can't cancel out of the "Please find the personal security manager application box" without clicking [Esc] or Cancel 20-30 times. When I upgraded from M15 to the nightly (...42512), I changed the name of /bin to /oldbin, and drug the mozregistry.dat and mozver.dat files to the desktop. (FWIW, it didn't ask me to set up a new profile, which it normally does...that seems important to mention). So there should be absolutely no reason for it to want PSM. (And I just closed mozilla and deleted the two files again, to make sure; same thing... it wants PSM, and didn't ask for my profile. It did lose my personal toolbar, though)
One other thing, I don't know if it's related:
With the "Please find the personal security manager application box" open along with mozilla, I closed the only open Mozilla window from the task bar, which caused the box to close. 3 seconds later, Mozilla restarted.
You really need to delete everything and reinstall, and see if you still see
this bug. You can't really install Moz on top of itself like that.

Removed all in Users50, my backup files of Moz, and it now seems to work. Cool.
