373112 - I am trying to download firefox. I have tiger and I am getting an message that firefox contains an application. Am i sure I want to download I press continue and nothing happens.

when i restart the file will turn into a dmg file but when I double click on that nothing happens

restarted spoke with apple numerous time and they finally said contact you

Please make sure you are downloading the file from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/.
After the download, click on the disk image and drag that to your Applications folder. You may have hit a bad mirror the first time you downloaded it.
