Steps to repeat the problem:
1. Go to http://bugz.deanza.edu/bugzilla_testopia/
2. Enter your Login & Password and click on the "Login" button.
3. Click on "Find Test Runs"
4. UnSelect all the highlihted files in the listboxes
5. For example if u need to see your test runs give ur plan ID  where it is the colum in test run (for example 8).
6.Click Submit
7.Then select run 4 if u need to add some test cases in the test run.
8. Then click commit button.
9.It showing the web page not displyed.
10.But when u click on whatever ur choosen ur run in that the test case updated.
