Build Identifier: wrong sign behavior

When reply to mail, with defined for account automatic sing , the sign i placed always at the end of mail. This is good if reply text is placed behind original text, but if the reply text is placed before original text it is wrong, the sing should be placed at the end of reply text before original text. It not make sens to sign (autorize) original text by replayer, the original text is signed (autorized) or no by original sender.
