The current default owner is dbaron@mozilla.com
Can we change the default owner to nobody@mozilla.org please?

Why nobody@mozilla.org instead of a person?
1. it's easier to see which bugs are being worked on and which are not
2. I kind of like the friendly "Nobody; OK to take it and work on it" message.
   As an Open Source project, I think that's the message we want to send.
3. less Bugzilla maintenance - when people become inactive you don't
   have to update the default owner
   (not that I expect that to happen in this case though ;-)

Additionally, it might be worth changing default QA at the same time to a
component-specific mail address, like we have for the Layout components,
to make it possible to watch this component.
Absolutely do not do this without changing the default QA contact first and giving me a chance to watch the new QA contact address.

Also, do not reassign any of the existing bugs that I own; I can do that later (because I know which ones I want to keep).
With those conditions this is ok with me, though.  (I objected in the past, but I've changed my mind.)

preference for the qa watch name? in core we don't tend to be terribly consistent with our qa watch names.

if everyone is comfortable with this change, I will make it now->default assignee to become nobody@mozilla.org with qa watch=style-system@core.bugs. Per dbaron's request no bugs assigned to him currently are to be reassigned.
It's ok with me.  (I've added the watch on that address.)
