42809 verification build.
Launch with sidebar collapsed.
Open sidebar
tabs are scrunched vertically, only top 1/8" of each visible, cant read labels.
clicking on tabs,or hide/show restores tabs to full-height
repro on 2000042808 win98, the entire "My Sidebar" titlebar also disappears 
under the same circumstances
I do remember seeing this, but it seems ok now. Marking as WORKSFORME.

Still seeing on 20000050808.

Resize the sidebar so its completely closed (pushed against left side of 
screen), then use View | Sidebar to totally hide it.  Then close/reload moz...I 
still see it in win98.

I still see this too, only now the labels are visible, just written all over the
tabs rather than each one on a tab.  Clicking on them opens the tab, but leaves
the rest scrunched.  Clicking on all of them in succession makes them all the
proper height. 
Ok, I see this on Linux and NT. Maybe Eric can take a look. Somehow the boxes 
are not getting the correct heights when they start with "visibility:collapse".
