If you open the "Master-Password ändern" dialog in the german edition (austria) of seamonkey 1.1 you can mess up the dialog by clicking on the "Kryptopgraphie-Modul" dropdown option.

By clicking on it the buttons [OK Abbrechen Hilfe] will make a step right.

System: WinXP Pro SP2 German

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open "Einstellungen"
2.Choose "Datenschutz & Sicherheit" -> Master-Passwörter
3.Hit "Passwort ändern" button
4.Click on the "Software-Kryptopgraphie-Modul" button

Actual Results:
5. You will sea moving buttons on the bottom.

Expected Results:
The dialog should not mess up. It looks not very professional :)

This WFM with any theme I try (EarlyBlue, Classic, Modern) and German L10n - I can only test Linux, though.
