L10n CVS export directory structure is different than en-US one, and MT should be able to cope with it

Details
MozillaTranslator allows to export the entire translation directory&files hierarchy, but mirrors the original CVS en-US hierarchy, which differs than the L10n one. It would be nice if MT could be told about the correspondences between en-US and L10n directories and respect them. I have some ideas and will try to implement them.

Draft fix committed to CVS. It works, except that you must exit of the "On Export CVS, export to:" field using [Tab] instead of directly clicking on a new tree node.
