Please svn up preview.addons.mozilla.org and restart apache for gettext.

After testing this today, we'll most likely request a production push later tonight.

Any chance we could do this soon?  We'd like to push some updates to production but not before we test them on preview first to make sure they work correctly.
Bumping severity so that we can unblock the testing and push process; lots of good fixes waiting behind it.
