Someone linked to http://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/add-ons/ebay/ which is the new eBay add-on alpha page and I noticed that the header is incorrect. This is true on other pages as well, such as: http://en-gb.www.mozilla.com/en-GB/404

(Should en-GB even exist? It's not listed in the drop down for "Other Languages")
I'm fixing this now. I will be filing another bug to add support for a fall-back to English if the locale does not have something to replace the text.
