I have
user_pref("browser.cache.disk.parent_directory", "c:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\Henrik Gemal\\\\Application Data\\\\Mozilla\\\\Firefox\\\\Cache\\\\gemal");

but still I see a OffLineCache directory in my profile directory
Set "browser.cache.offline.parent_directory" instead.

and I don't think you need quite as many backslashes there...
