The little line is one of my Seamonkey Windows
After I installed flash player on my OS X Map Pro (which may or may not be significant), suddenly my browser window shrunk to a 1-pixel wide by ~100 pixel high line! At first it was just the browser--mail worked. Then after a few restarts, mail shrunk too. How do I get my windows back? SeaMonkey is unusable now! I deleted my chrome directory with no luck.
