when i link to a tabed bookmark the page stops. i generally have to refresh page to get desired page. happens so far on web based email accounts like netscape and google mail.

This sounds like it could be bug 350331.  Does the problem persist if you use a recent nightly build instead of 1.1b (and/or does resizing the window make the page display when you have the problem in 1.1b)?
