It should be possible to create filtering rules that only applies to mails with a certain tags. The following operators should be offered:

- "is":           *Only* the given tag is set.
- "untagged":     No tag is set.
- "contains":     The given tag is set, but others can be set, too.
- "contains not": The given tag is *not* set, but others can be set.
