Not a security problem.
I think I've seen a similar bug like this before.

I think this is probably a dupe of bug 230190 or bug 356097.

From bug 230190 a probable solution is to go to about:config, filter on ntlm, and double click on network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies to change the value to false.

If that doesn't help then undo the change.
