Is the crash reproducible if you make a new firefox profile? - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_manager (Don't delete your existing profile)

If you don't have Talkback installed, can you please get it installed and give us a TalkBackID so we can see where you're crashing in firefox? - http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback

Mike, have you had a chance to crash with Talkback installed? This will help us better determine what the issue is.

Sorry but talkback doesnt work. Vista says "This program is unresponsive" and you are forced to close it.
Summary: Browser crashes when multitasking aol.com and z100.com → Browser hangs when multitasking aol.com and z100.com

Could you try to upgrade plugins to latest version (now are flash to 9.0.47 and java to 1.6.0 update 2) and then retry to reproduce the problem please?

~ mike seems to be gone. => incomplete. if you still see the problem and if talkback isn't working for you then an alternative is to install trunk build ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ and get breakpad id http://kb.mozillazine.org/Breakpad
