User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Firefox is crashing on a frequent basis - every 10-15 minutes. I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it but I am still having the same issue. I am able to restore the previous session with no issue but the browser crashes again within minutes. I can have one tab open or 5 tabs open and it makes no difference. The last time I uninstalled the browser I deleted all registry entries and directories associated with Firefox. I then reinstalled the software and it continues to crash. I am running XP service pack 2 with all of the current patches available from Microsoft. Any suggestions? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just browse any web site for a few minutes 2. 3. Actual Results: No special steps required to reproduce the crash

To help us help you, we need to see where you are crashing, and so we need a TalkBackID. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback Also please test with a new firefox profile ( http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_manager ) and see if the crash still happens then.
