ctrl+click should be the same as middle click in all contexts. the only one it is different in that I have found is in the bookmarks drop down. I cant ctrl click a folder and cause that to open all of the items inthe folder to open up in separate tabs. middle click does accomplish this though.

This is important because most laptops have only 2 buttons and not the middle button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create bookmarks
2.group some, but not all into a folder
3.middle click a bookmark from the book marks drop down menu
4.ctrl+click a bookmark from the book marks drop down menu
5.middle click the folder you made from the book marks drop down menu
6.ctrl+click the folder you made from the book marks drop down menu
Actual Results:
3) creates a new tab, 4) creates a new tab, 5) creates new tabs for each item in the folder, 6) has no effect.

Expected Results:
6) should perform the same as (5)
