382462 - crash when an rss entry opens a new window and that window is closed before it finishes loading

When clicking on an rss entry to bring it up in the preview pane sometimes I end up double clicking causing a new window to open.  If I close this window before the spinner stops spinning on the new window it causes the whole thunderbird application to crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click open an RSS message into a new window
2. Close the new window before it finishes loading

Actual Results:  
Thunderbird crashes, closing all windows.

Expected Results:  
Only the new window with the rss article should close.

I am using the latest released version on Fedora Core 6.

Do you get the same problem with an official mozilla.org build? TB 2.0 or higher. If you do, provide the talkback id for the crash. <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback>

I just tried an official build of Thunderbird version 2.0.0.0 (20070326) and this problem is not present in that version.
