Using may04 m16 commercial build

Refer to mail prefs spec:

According to the current 05/03/00 revision of the mail prefs spec, the DSN
related prefs for return receipts should be removed.

Please remove DSN related prefs including:
1.  Remove the existing first pref section which asks user to specify what type
of receipt(s) they want to get:
        a.  remove heading and current first section outliner
        b.  remove 3 radio button prefs:
                -- "A delivery receipt from the receiving server (DSN)"
                -- "A read receipt, notifying me when recipients
                          display the message (MDN)"
                -- "Both types of receipts"
2.  Remove the existing second pref section about receipt storage:
        a.  remove heading and current second section outliner
        b.  remove 2 radio button prefs:
                -- "Leave it in my inbox"
                -- "Move it to my Sent Mail folder"

Standard disclaimer:  check pref spec again before implementing for
up-to-date-revisions.
