Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch IceDove
2. Pressing Help->Report a bug
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Crash reporter should have launched

Debian system
There's no 'Report a bug' item in Firefox.2.0.0.3. There's a 'Report Broken Web Site', but that's not a crash-reporter.
There's none in Thunderbird 2.0.0.0 either. I got confused with this Iceweasel/Icedove thing, sigh.
This bug occurs in IceDove (Thunderbird) version 2.0.0.0 (20070521)
