I've been noticing this for a couple days, but I just found a reliable,
reproducable reason why it's happening.

It seems that trying to drag from about the bottom half of a link won't
actually drag it. The link will change color as it does on mousedown but the
icon doesn't change, nothing is being dragged, etc.

This seems reproducable every time on every link (URL above just given as an
example).
This only seems to happen if you start dragging _downwards_ from the bottom half
of a link.
Pink, this is yours, yes?

hrm, sounds like the drag gesture event is being "reset" before it moves the
requisite number of pixels.

now that text drag is in, this includes selected text also. and it's not just
if you drag straight downwards, but also straight upwards.
