we don't support -lock-item/-unlock-item flags, and these strings appear to be unused, so lets remove them:

about -lock-item:

From http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/extensions/commandlineoptions.html

-install-global-extension "/path/to/extension"
    Installs the extension into the application directory. The parameter is the path to the extension. Use -lock-item {GUID} afterwards to prevent a single user from disabling or uninstalling the extension globally.

But from http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Enhanced_Extension_Installation, for Fx 1.1 and beyond:

We drop support for the -lock-item/-unlock-item flags, as well as the -list-global-items flag.
