Details
We need to decouple how we markup bugs with links for display. This will make it easier for others to adopt Litmus, and easier for us to extend bug markup to other areas. I'm not sure how best to accomplish this within the current templating system. Perhaps a filter that automatically markups digit strings with bug links, and then 3rd party installs can just change the filter?
