Why do you keep sending out your stupid popup survey, which for a company that claims to pride its self on having the best anti popup and spam blocks is a bit of a joke, everytime it pops up and I click on cancel it close Firefox, not only without giving me an option to save a blog entry I was working in Wordpress but out of what can only be pure spit it, deletes the content of the post which forces Wordpress to do an autosave so when I restore seesion the next time I open Firefox my Wordpress post opens up with a blank post and only the title.

This is not the first time your survey has done this, it has now done this to me onn Vista, XP and OSX 10.4. If you want to do a survey about Firefox then use emails like everybody else. Next time your popup survey come up on my screen I will complete it, but will give you the lowest mark on each question, so stop wasting my time. I have missed my deadline because of this survey so stop sending them to me.

I will report your company as a spammer if this happens again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.wait for the Firefox survey to popup without asking
2.click on cancel
3.watch FireFox close and your work disappear for ever 
Actual Results:  
The autosave on Wordpress was tricked by FireFox resulting in a blank page behind saved, only the page title remained

Expected Results:  
When you click on cancel, as in cancel survey, the survey popup closes and you carry on using FireFox as before

Stop spamming people with popup survey.

Get Google to post a FireFox user survey link on their frontpage if you are so desperate for people to tell you how great you are. It can't be that hard to get Google, who get loads of hits due to FireFox, to help you out.

Firefox doesn't contain a survey, except for one when you un-install (which is optional and not started by default). Where did you download this version ? Or is the popup coming from a specific website ?

I down loaded this version from the Mozilla website, I can't prove a screenshot because when it pops up nothing will work apart from the continue, cancel or 'red cross' button on the popup window. I have a keyboard shortcut set up to take screen grabs but that gets locked out to.

The popup was called FireFox Survey, with a big FireFox logo on the left side, I couldn't get to find the url for it. my screen res is set to 1280x1024 and the popup was in the middle of the screen about 50mm high by 170mm wide (two credit cards side by side on there short edge.

All three times that it has popped up since Christmas has been when using FireFox but on random pages, today I had one window with two tabs, one was a 'write new post' on wordpress within my blog, the other tab was looking though the pluginsn and addon for Woodpress to write an article/post about the best ones. "http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/"

All other popups get blocked by FireFox, this 'Survey' is the only one that has got though in the last 6 months and its done it three times. I never fell out surveys because after 3 questions I got bored and just click the same box for each answer.

I have seem the un-install survey from when I took an mac and used it as a file server so wanted a stripped down system and from what I can remember, about 2 years ago, it looked like a similiar style to the popup.

Hope some of this helps get the 'survey' removed/fixed

screen shot is easily obtained with shift-print screen, open paint (accessories>paint), paste clipboard into paint, save as png file, attach to bug

for now, this is incomplete for lack of response and information
