There are a few style rules in button.css that I haven't found any usage of; all the .close-button rules. I think they're leftovers from when we didn't had any native window toolbar (probably just copied from classic). Note that toolkit doesn't even have the icon :-) We don't need .dialog-button rules either, they're already in dialog.css (I've noticed the same rules applies 2 times in DOMi).
