NOTE: Bugzilla disabled due to hacker attack. We'll at some point install an upgraded more secure version, but for now please just use the contact form to report bugs.

I've just checked in an update which addresses all these points and some more, having run a link checker over the entire list.

In a few cases, I've relegated them to a "about to die" section in the source file, because I never remove people because their website is down once.

This was a very helpful exercise, timeless - thank you. You caught several a link checker wouldn't have caught. My only gripe is that one bug would have done; 22 seems excessive :-)
