Our Turkish products and web site localizer has never been able to connect to Chatzilla (for years) because Turkey's main telecom company is banned:

"You are not welcome on this server (Your ISP has too many zombies, please contact your ISP's tech support.) Email ircadmins@mozilla.org for more information.
    [ERROR]    Closing Link: asteko[88.241.42.138] (You are banned) "

He never got response from ircadmins@mozilla.org, please see what can be done about it and if this ban is still relevant after all these years since it makes collaboration with the Turkish community more difficult.

(I am not sure if I chose the right component for this bug, couldn't find an IRC server related one)
I'm pretty sure the ban is still relevant. If he has a static IP, I can easily add an exemption for his IP, but I'd rather not unban that netblock, as it has been known to cause lots of problems for us in the past.

If you really feel that this ISP should be given another chance, I can try unblocking it for a while, but if we start to see a ton of spammers, etc. from this netblock, it will be blocked again.

If it is not too much trouble giving a second chance to this ISP, yes please. Internet is almost a state monopoly there and blocking Turk Telecom means blocking all of our localizers and users looking for support. If we get spam again, let's ban it again and find another solution to allow our Turkish localizers to access moznet. Thanks
Ok, I have unbanned Türk Telecom. Again, if we start to see a lot of spammers from that IP range, it will be blocked again.

Turk Telekom has been re-banned.  The problems that caused them to be banned have returned.  Please have anyone affected contact us for exemptions.
