Try the standard diagnostic http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox the page works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4

If you have any questions about the steps about the steps in the standard diagnostic http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 if you are unable to get help at the forums http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/forums lists some other options.
I'm getting the same error on another website, using FF under Linux:

http://www.emag.ro/

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071128 SUSE/2.0.0.11-1.1 Firefox/2.0.0.11

A few weeks ago it worked fine. At the moment it works well when using FF 2.0.0.11 under Windows, or any other browser I have installed in Linux (Opera 9, IE 6, Konqueror 3.5.8). Only the Linux flavor of FF is giving me this error.
Seeing the same thing with Firefox 3.6 (NOT Firefox 3.5, tested most recently before 3.6, and not any Firefox 2.x) under Windows 2000 and XP.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6

Example sites with this problem: http://www.verizon.net, http://www.idtdna.com

The problem seems to be related to a site's login timing out and then the user attempting to do something -- even attempting to log back in.
So far, the only workarounds I have found once a site starts doing this are:

1. If you can manage to get past the error to log back in to the site (may require logging out even if your login is timed out), this may clear the error on other functions of the site (not yet sure if this workaround functions consistently even if you manage to pull it off).

2. If you cannot even pull off #1 (because the error occurs even upon attempting to log out/in), save anything you need to save in other Firefox windows/tabs, quit Firefox, and restart it; this does seem to work reliably. Have not yet determined whether clearing authenticated sessions/active logins also works for this purpose.
Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

You can also try to reproduce in Firefox 4 Beta 8 or later, there are many improvements in the new version, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.

This has not happened on http://www.verizon.net or http://www.idtdna.com for a while; since it seemed to have stopped being a problem at about the same time on 2 websites (and since Verizon never fixes anything :-P), I think that it may have been fixed in Firefox (not sure which update fixed it, though, but was quite a while ago) -- now on:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Definitely saw bug on:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115
Firefox/3.6

So fix must have occurred somewhere in between.
