Hi,

When I try to submit a form by clicking on the submit button, it works the first time but it always crashes the second time. There is no error message but a dialog box that says that Windows will shut the application down.
It is really easy to reproduce this bug, you just have to make a HTML form and to submit it twice.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a HTML form
2.Submit it once
3.reopen the form and submit a second time
Actual Results:
Windows dialog that says that WebClient has crashed

Expected Results:
It should have submitted the form
I want to add that the same problem occurs if you submit a form and then you submit a second one which is totally different. The two "submits" don't have to be immediate: they could be a long time and several webpages seen between the two "submits".
