Bug 306907 moved the sqlite stuff from the mozilla storage package into it's own dll. sqlite3.dll needs to be added to m/c/installer/windows/packages-static so that it is included in the installer and the zip package. Otherwise Sunbird fails to start up.

Also package nssdbm3.dll from Bug 388403. Otherwise Sunbird fails to open with error "Could not initialize the browser's security component. ...".
