http://mxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/mailnews/extensions/mailviews/resources/content/Makefile.in does never place a localized mailViews.dat file into the profile defaults, not even for localized builds.
We should move the file and the logic to include it into [suite|mail]/locales/ and in that pass remove the double installation (into defaults/messenger/ and defaults/messenger/<AB_CD>) that it still there from xpfe times.
