It's probably a violation of the not-yet-granted EU trademark but I'm not sure if we can do anything about it.

http://seamonkey.eu/about.pl?own=i seems to say they want to deal correctly with trademarks others own, like Mozilla Foundation does, just look for "seamonkey" on http://oami.europa.eu/CTMOnline/RequestManager/de_SearchBasic?transition=start&source=Log-in.html&language=en&application=CTMOnline

We own it, it points at our servers, but apparently the parking/redirect that should be on it is broken.  File a new bug if you want something done with it.
