This appears to be a tables within tables problem. The table on the right gets
pushed to the bottom of the page. This is also evident in Netscape 4.51's
editor.

I can't find the problem of the table getting pushed to the bottom, but there
are other problems with this page (e.g. the top image looks too tall).

Took a look a the page using the M7 Build on RedHat 6.0, Win98, and Irix 6.3
boxes. Rendering is identical to that of Nav4.51 Does not look like their is a
problem.

Running RH6.0, linux-2.2.10, M7.
News.com boxes: Quote Lookup, both Free Newsletters all render incorrectly.
The default values for text are not displayed, the Quote Lookup form widgets are
not in the correct position and bleed into the Advertisement below.

With the August 3rd build, the table issue on the page has been fixed.
