I would like to second this bug. Another good page that demonstrates the problem is news.google.com when you add a Chinese news source to the default page:
    http://news.google.com/news?ned=:ePkh8BM9E-ID2iHFWpWhGxKuxFSCbB2LEFNqDtzSVLjNuTD7frEBFfxiY83JT04E0sxFqckANWkRIg

I have played with the minimum font sizes but it doesn't seem to make a difference. The fonts remain small and frequently illegible.
