When standalone (i.e. not nested in a document) animated image is being displayed in 3.0a8pre it gets downscaled (apparently onload) to size of a favicon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/skins/custom/images/mozchomp.gif
2. wait until it loads
Actual Results:  
image gets downscaled

Expected Results:  
image should preserve its actual scale

this issue wasn't present in 3.0a7pre
