after clicking billable button, confirmation page should be displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter all the fields in the billing screen
2.click on billable
3.it should display a confirmation page.
Actual Results:  
Its not displaying any message

Expected Results:  
It should display a confirmation message that this client has got billed for his call.
I don't even think this is Firefox, but it's clearly not the download manager...
